DicomTube Premium Subscription Cancellation/Refund Policy

Overview

DicomTube offers a comprehensive suite of free features for all users. Our optional Premium Subscription provides enhanced capabilities designed for creation of private cases and secure sharing of such cases. This cancellation and refund policy applies exclusively to Premium Subscription purchases.

Cancellation Policy

• Premium Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the Manage Subscription quick action in the User Dashboard.
• After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid subscription period.
• Once the current period ends, your subscription will not renew.

Refund Policy

• All subscription payments are final.
• DicomTube does not offer refunds—full or partial—for any Premium Subscription fees already paid.
• This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Unused subscription time
  • Accidental purchases
  • Early cancellation

Billing Responsibility

By subscribing to DicomTube Premium, you acknowledge and agree that subscription charges are non-refundable and that it is your responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle if you no longer wish to continue.
